"This series of four books is clear, readable and contain many useful illustrations. The case studies clearly demonstrate the problems faced by network administrators and provide easily workable solutions, and provide the reader with an excellent grounding in Network Systems and Communications. They have proved invaluable to the teaching of the M.Sc. course in Data Communications at Kingston University and we recommend them to all students following similar courses of study."
Yours Faithfully,
Dr Andrew Curley BSc, MSc, PhD, AMIEE
Martin Tunicliffe BEng, PhD, AMIEE, CPhys, MInstP

If you have your own requirements, we can provide
specialist technical writing services, particularly for software manuals, aviation operations manuals (to JAR and Canadian standards),
together with the supporting documentation needed by the average
commercial air transport company (Training Manuals, SOPs, ISO, etc.). However, please note that, just because text has been accepted before, it is no guarantee that it will be so again! We can quote separately to suit your circumstances, if you just need your stuff tidied up (we can handle most formats).
We also do PDM/CRM training for the single pilot, for JAA and Transport Canada, together with Operational and Ground Crew training, and the course notes are available in the shape of the books listed on the site. They range in scope from ground training for professional pilots' licences, to mountain flying and other specialist skills, such as longlining, proficiency checks or simply annual recurrent training. UK CRM courses are £120 per person per day. Canadian ones are $120 Can.
Our clients include, or have included, CHC Global, Aerogulf Services, Taiga Helicopters, WPD Helicopter Unit, Polo Aviation, Wessex Helicopters, East Midlands Helicopters, Thamesdown Helicopters, Sky Aviation, By-Air, Martini Freight Services, Butane Buzzard, and many others. We belong to The British Association of Aviation Consultants

We also have links to several (i.e. hundreds) of tech
support sites, including manufacturers.

Announcing our new JAA ATPL(H) modular distance learning course!

"Man I already like the service. I can't believe you answer so fast! Not even in my company that is so good."
