The case for channel agnostic publishing

In times like this, when every penny counts, channel agnostic publishing is almost a must. Many editorial system developers will tell you they are channel agnostic, but in reality there are only a handful of them who really have a product that doesn't care if you're going to output to print, web, PDAs, or mobile. Not surprisingly these systems all have XML in common.
